Change of mind and fragrance preference

We do not accept perfume returns or exchanges because of a change of mind or personal fragrance preference. This applies to both unopened and opened perfumes, including perfumes that have been tried or used.

Damaged, defective, incorrect or misdescribed products

This policy does not exclude or limit your rights under applicable UAE consumer protection law. If your perfume arrives damaged, is defective, is different from the item ordered or does not match its description, contact us on WhatsApp at +971559124204 for assistance. We will provide the remedy required by applicable law without charge, including a replacement or refund where required. Opening the perfume does not remove these statutory rights.
